Great customer service, Didnt like downstairs but clerk changed rooms with no problem the special request was not listed on our resevation at the hotel. Food was good.

I swear if I could give this negative reviews I would. first of all the Karen that works in the morning shift I'm not sure who she is or whater problem is but she's got the worst customer service anybody I've ever heard. and whoever the manager is a bad or worse No customer support no customer appreciation no customer anything . And if we get one of the hotels not that nice they have *********** taken out in the hallway it's not family friendly it's just the smell of ********* is everywhere tobacco is everywhere they are trash trash trash. To top it off the only relief one has from the belligerent and ignorant employees at working on the site are the people in Pakistan who don't care

Location is on sketchy side, got here and they said I didn’t have a reservation and upon further investigation they found that someone else had checked me in at 5:00am but they went up to room and it was clean & ready so maybe an error on someone’s part. Floors are dirty with crumbs and such not sure if they need a new vacuum or just need to vacuum. Bedding & bathroom are clean. Our whole 2nd floor when we step off elevator smells of **** so bad even my kids complained of the “bad” smell. We will check out the breakfast in the mornings overall the appearance of the place seems Mostly clean.
